Patients are registered by a licensed physician with a Certificate to Recommend. The physician will review the patient's medical records to verify that the patient has one of the qualifying conditions. Once the patient is registered, an email is sent to the patient with a link to pay the State of Ohio for the Medical Marijuana Card. Once payment is made the patient can download and print the Medical Marijuana Card.
